1. When can I obtain the Admission Form?
Answer: Admission Forms are available at the School Office on all working days between 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. Parents may also apply online through the school's official website, https://stmichaelsschooldgp.in, where the Admission Form can be filled out and submitted conveniently.
2. How can I submit the completed Admission Form?
Answer: Completed Admission Forms may be submitted in person at the School Office between 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. on working days, or online through the school’s official admission portal (where applicable). Please ensure that all required documents are attached before submission.
3. What documents are required for admission?
Answer: Please submit self-attested photocopies of: Birth Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate, Child's Aadhaar Card, Parent's Aadhaar Card, Parent's PAN Card, Address Proof, Transfer Certificate (Classes I and above), and the Previous School Report Card (where applicable). Original documents may be requested for verification.
4. What is the age criterion for admission?
Answer: As on 1st April 2026: Pre-Nursery – 3+ years; Nursery – 4+ years; Kindergarten – 5+ years; Class I – 6+ years. Admissions are granted strictly according to the prescribed age norms.
5. Is there an Admission Interaction or Assessment?
Answer: Yes. Children may be invited for an age-appropriate interaction or assessment to understand their developmental readiness and communication skills. Parents will be informed of the schedule in advance.
6. What type of questions are asked during the interaction?
Answer: The interaction is friendly and child-centred. It may assess communication skills, English language proficiency, basic Mathematics, observation, reasoning, and general awareness appropriate to the child's age.
7. What is the cost of the Admission Form?
Answer: The Admission Form costs ₹800. Payment may be made online or by cash at the School Office.
8. Is the Session Fee and Tuition Fee included in the Admission Fee?
Answer: No. The Admission Fee covers only the admission process and does not include the Session Fee, Tuition Fee, Transport Fee, Uniform, Books, or any other charges unless specifically notified by the school.
9. Where can I obtain the Fee Structure?
Answer: The latest Fee Structure for the academic session 2027–2028 is available from the School Office and may also be downloaded from the school's website, if available.
10. What should I do if I face difficulty uploading the required documents?

11. Is transport facility available?
Answer: Yes. Transport facilities are available on selected routes, subject to availability.
12. How will I know whether my child has been selected?
Answer: Parents will be informed through the registered mobile number, email, or the school's official admission portal. Selected candidates should complete the admission formalities within the stipulated time.
13. Can I visit the school before applying?
Answer: Yes. Parents are welcome to visit the school campus during office hours. Prior appointments are appreciated.
