SMSD MUN 2.0 2025-26

SMSD MUN 2.0, held on June 13–14, 2025, was a grand success,
engaging students in diplomacy, critical thinking, and global
problem-solving. The event began with a serene prayer by
Headmistress Mrs. Sarika Khimla, a cultural performance, and
inspiring words from Vice Principal Mr. Avinash George
Prasad. Though Principal Mr. Charles Joseph Nyss couldn’t attend
on Day 1,his support was deeply felt.
Secretary-General Arkaprava Kundu , Director-General
Sometirtha Dutta , and Deputy Director-General Ankita Chatterjee
led the conference. The opening ceremony was led by Director
General as MoC featuring committee oaths and introductions,
followed by dynamic debates across UNGA, SPECPOL, and AIPPM.
Students showcased maturity, research, and diplomacy through
powerful speeches and strategic caucuses.
