MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATION 2026-27

On Thursday,  7th May 2026, the students of St.Michael’s School celebrated Mother’s Day with immense zeal and creative fervour. The objective of the celebration was to help students recognise the selfless love of mothers and enable them to express their gratitude through handmade tokens of affection.

The activities were tailored according to the developmental stages of each grade:

  • PRE NURSERY:- Card Making through hand impressions to create colourful patterns.
  • NURSERY:- Paper Bouquets through paper folding and paper cutting to create everlasting floral bouquets.
  • KG:- Designer Paper Bags by cutting, pasting and finishing off with a variety of vibrant stickers.
  • CLASS 1: Best Mom Badges using ribbons and glitters to crown their mothers.
  • CLASSES 2 – 5:- Decorative Cards. Students created intricate 3D cards, featuring heartfelt messages and detailed artistic design.
  • CLASSES 6-12:- Card Making according to their fancies and spontaneity.

The enthusiasm displayed by the students was truly heartwarming. From the tiny toddlers in Pre-Nursery to the students of Class 12, every child was deeply engrossed in their creative work that represented their love and appreciation for their mothers. The Mother’s Day celebration was a resounding success due to the emotions that motivated and inspired the creativity of our students.
