St. Michael's School Durgapur

INTER-HOUSE HINDI ELOCUTION COMPETITION

An Inter-House Hindi Elocution Competition was organized in the auditorium of St. Michael’s School, Durgapur on the 25^th of July, 2023. For the Primary level, there were 3 categories –

Category No. 1 – (Class -1),

Category No.  2 – (Classes 2 – 3),

Category No. 3 – (Classes 4 – 5),

For the Secondary  level there were 2 categories –

Category No. 1 – (Classes 6 – 8)

Category No. 2 – (Classes 9 – 12).

The students of Classes  I to VIII  recited poem whereas the students of Classes IX – XII delivered speeches on different topics . The program started with a prayer by the School Head Mistress Mrs. Sarika Khimla . The program for Primary school was conducted by our Hindi teacher Mrs. Neelam Saluja and the program for Secondary school was conducted by Mrs. Hemlata Sharma.  At the end of the program, the Principal of the school praised all the students for participating in the Elocution Competition, as well as the teachers who mentored them . The Subject Supervisor of the Hindi department, Mr. Subodh Kumar Panday, guided the students for better performance in the future. There were three judges each for the Primary School and Secondary School .
