INTER-HOUSE ENGLISH ELOCUTION COMPETITION (JUNIOR) 2025-26
The English Elocution Competition was successfully conducted in our school on Friday, 1st August 2025 with great enthusiasm and participation. The event was divided into three categories based on class groups:
Category I: Class 1
Category II: Classes 2 and 3
Category III: Classes 4 and 5
Participants from each category showcased their talent and confidence through beautifully delivered pieces. Each performance reflected their preparation, confidence, clarity, and skills of expression.
The competition was judged by three respected teachers, ensuring fair and unbiased evaluation. The audience comprised of students from Classes 3, 4, and 5, who encouraged the participants with their cheerful applause.
The event commenced with a prayer, creating a calm and respectful atmosphere. The programme was smoothly conducted and was well-organized throughout.
We were honoured by the gracious presence of the Principal and the Vice Principal, who appreciated the efforts of the participants and motivated everyone with their encouraging words.
All the participants came well-prepared and presented their recitations with style and ardour. The event was concluded with the announcement of individual winners from each category, followed by the declaration of the overall rankings of the four houses.

1st Position: St. George’s House
2nd Position: St. Andrew’s House
3rd Position: St. Patrick’s House
4th Position: St. David’s House The competition was a delightful and enriching experience for all, highlighting the oratory talent of our young learners and promoting the spirit of healthy competition.
