GRANDPARENTS’ DAY 2025-26

“Grandparents make the world a little softer, a little kinder, a little warmer.”
Grandparents are the family’s greatest treasure. They are the family’s strongest foundation and through their special love and care they keep a family closely knitted to the heart.
To honour the grandparents of our students from pre-primary to class 5, St. Michael’s School, Durgapur celebrated the Grandparents’ Day on Friday, 22nd August, 2025.
The pre- primary students were involved in various activities like card making using different materials and the primary students made flower bouquets, bookmarks, card, posters and puppets to show their love and gratitude to their grandparents. All the students wholeheartedly participated and enjoyed the activities.
Grandparents’ Day is a reminder to cherish the special relationship we have with our grandparents and to express our love and gratitude for their important role that they play in our lives.
