RECOGNITION OF DEDICATION AND SERVICE 2026
On 6th May, 2026, St. Michael’s School had the honour of receiving a prestigious certificate from the Rotary Club of Durgapur Central, marking the international recognition of the Interact Club of our school and the allotment of its official ID. The certificate was presented by the President of the Rotary Club of Durgapur Central, Mr. Mantaar Singh to the Principal. This recognition reflects the glorious journey of the club over the years, as well as the continued commitment and dedication of its members. It also highlights the institution’s growing global association and dedication to service.
On this special occasion, our school also handed over a sum of over ₹23,000 to the Rotary Club of Durgapur Central, collected through the Polio Fund Drive conducted in November. This contribution demonstrated the collective spirit of responsibility and compassion among the students and staff.
This was followed by the distribution of certificates to the winners of “Festive Frames.” This was a district-level competition organised by the Interact Club, to recognise the creativity and talent of the participants that included both students and teachers.
Thus the morning assembly stood as a proud testament to the school’s achievements, social commitment and dedication to holistic development.
