EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCES BY OUR GIRLS AT A CITYWIDE DANCE COMPETITION

On the occasion of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahatsov”, a classical dance competition was organised by Aahoran, State Institute of Hotel Management in Durgapur on the 2nd August 2022. Srijoni Bhuiya (Kathak) and Mandira Chowdhury (Bharatanatyam), both from class 12C participated in Category 2, which was designated for the age group between 16 to 21 years. Whereas Adarshi Sarkar of class 8A (Odissi) and Madhushri Biswas of class 6D (Bharatanatyam) participated in Category 1 assigned to the age group between 8 to 15 years and secured the 1st and the 2nd positions respectively.
