CISCE INTER-SCHOOL ROBOTICS CHAMPIONSHIP 2024

The first edition of inter-school Robotics championship was organised by CISCE in collaboration with I-hub foundation of cobotics (IHFC) IIT New Delhi

Nearly 1000 teams from different ICSE schools of India had the privilege to showcase the true meaning of team spirit, energy, hard work and enthusiasm. The entire championship was divided into several stages namely, preliminary, stage-I, stage-II, Zonal and finale. After going through different stages, The students of St. Michael’s School, Durgapur had the honour to be a part of the zonal round from east zone out of 30 schools being selected from east zone special mention we are the only school from Durgapur and second school from entire Bardhhaman district. The zonal round was hosted by La Martiniere for girls, Kolkata on 22nd October, 2024. The following students have made our school proud of their skills:

The budding engineers were beset with emotions. Their pride and team spirit was noteworthy. It was their first time participation in this type of championship, which they played with a lot of zeal. They learnt to strategize and evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, while representing their school and state with a lot of hope and optimism for next edition of this type of championship.
